PackNWood: 2025 Internship

Sustainable Packaging Company, 
New York, NY
As a design intern in PackNWood’s NYC office this summer, I gained experienced working in a fast-paced environment to build cohesive branding systems for the company’s three main branches.


OVERVIEW:

PackNWood is a global sustainable packaging company, focused on creating reusable and biodegradable alternatives to mainstream food packaging. They have offices all over the world, including the United States, France, Spain, and Italy. 

ROLE: 
As a Digital Design and Content Intern, I was assigned to PackNWood’s branding for the summer. My contributions included: 
  • Developed visual brand guidelines to help PackNWood stand out against competitor brands

  • Strengthened their social media presence through daily branded posts

  •  Shot and edited product videos for the sales site

  • Designed multi-page email newsletters for high-value customers

  •  Organized a comprehensive asset library of product photos and descriptions to streamline planning and delivery.
SOCIAL MEDIA REBRAND:
For PackNWood’s social media rebrand, I selected fonts that balance nostalgia and readability to give the U.S. branch a warm, old-fashioned feel. I drew from the existing logo palette for colors, increasing saturation to stay on-brand while rejuvinating their online presence.
